# List payment methods

> Get the payout methods for a currency, and the exact fields each one needs.

Requires the **Ramps, banks & methods** scope (methods read). Use this to build your payout form, so it always matches what we accept.

## Headers

**API-Version** `string` *required* (default: 2026-10-29-atlas)

Your account's API version.

## Query

**currency** `string` *required*

For example `NGN` or `GHS`.

## Response

`200 OK`

**status** `string`

`success`

**message** `string`

For example `GHS payment methods retrieved`.

**currency** `string`

The currency.

**count** `integer`

How many methods.

**methods** `array`

**each method**

**method** `string`

For example `bank_transfer` or `momo`.

**label** `string`

A readable name, for example `Mobile money`.

**verify\_account** `boolean`

`true` if we check the account with the bank before paying.

**fields** `array`

The fields to send in `payment_details.details`. Each has a `key`, `label`, and `type` (`text` or `select`). Text fields may have `min_length`, `max_length`, `format`, and `hint`. Select fields have `options`, each with a `value` and `label`.

## Errors
