## Transactions

**Transactions** lists every onramp and offramp. You can filter by:

| Filter | What it shows |
| - | - |
| Status | `pending`, `success`, or `failed` |
| State | The exact step, for example `fiat_pending` |
| Type | Onramp or offramp |
| Currency sent | What the customer sent, for example `NGN` |
| Currency received | What the customer received, for example `USDC` |
| Payment method | How the customer paid, for example `bank_transfer` |
| Payout method | How the customer was paid, for example `momo` |
| Network | The blockchain, for example `base` |
| Amount | A minimum and maximum amount |
| Dates | A start and end date |
| Customer ID | One customer's payments (`cus_…`) |
| Payment or reference ID | One payment (`pay_…` or `ref_…`) |
| Has transaction hash | Only payments with a blockchain transaction hash |

Open any transaction to see its full details and history.

> [!TIP]
>
> When a customer contacts you about a payment, search by its `pay_` or `ref_` ID.

## Customers

**Customers** lists everyone you've added through the API, with their details.

## Activity

**Activity** shows your payment volume over time, compared with the period before.

## Statements

A statement is a report of your payments for a period, for example a month.

**1. Start a new statement**

Go to **Statements** and choose **New statement**.

**2. Choose what's in it**

Pick the dates, filters (such as currency, status, or customer), and the sections to include, such as a summary at the start and totals by currency at the end.

**3. Choose the format**

Choose PDF or CSV. For PDF you can set the page orientation and time zone. For CSV you can choose the separator and whether to include a header row.

**4. Download it**

Statements are prepared in the background. When it's ready, open it and download it.

There is a monthly limit on how many statements you can create, and a limit on how many can be queued at once. If you reach one, the message tells you when the limit resets.
